Applicable taxes and shipping or delivery charges will be identified at checkout or in your quotation before purchase.Furniture and large items require a separate delivery quotation. Their shipping charges are not calculated automatically at checkout.All orders must be paid in full before dispatch or delivery. Payment schedules for projects and special orders are specified in the applicable quotation or agreement.If we identify an error in pricing or product information that affects your purchase, we will contact you before proceeding. Any proposed change to the agreed price or specifications requires your approval.
Pre-order and made-to-order pieces are subject to the manufacturer’s availability, production schedule and shipping timeline.Your order documentation will identify the selected configuration, dimensions, materials and finishes. Please note that if you place multiple orders for the same goods, we cannot guarantee that the supplied goods will be from the same batch or havean exact color match. Please review these details carefully before confirming. If you wish to make changes to your order (including delivery or pickup arrangements), you must do so at least 10 days in advance. If changes are not made within this timeframe, it will be at Attiko's discretion to make the requested changes. Attiko reserves the right to charge any additional sums to the customer to effect the requested changes.
We deliver throughout Puerto Rico and offer shipping to the United States.Shipping charges for eligible accessories and small items are calculated at checkout. Furniture shipments and large-item deliveries are quoted and coordinated directly with our team.Estimated timelines depend on availability, production, transportation and the delivery destination. Arrival at our warehouse is separate from scheduled delivery to your property.If a shipment is delayed, we will notify you and explain the revised estimate and any applicable options to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.Clients are responsible for verifying access dimensions, communicating building restrictions and preparing the delivery area. White-glove furniture delivery includes unpacking, placement, assembly where required and packaging removal, as specified in your delivery arrangements.Installation of lighting, wallcoverings and other products requiring a qualified specialist is not included in standard furniture delivery. Clients are responsible for contracting and paying these professionals separately.We may recommend independent specialists. A recommendation does not include their services in your purchase or project agreement.Installation arrangements for kitchens, wardrobes, bathroom cabinetry, doors and partitions must be specified in the project proposal.
The scope, fees, deliverables, revisions and estimated timeline for design services are established before work begins.Design consultation fees apply to the contracted area and are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where otherwise required by law. Additional meetings, visits, renderings or changes outside the agreed scope may incur separate charges, which will be communicated before the additional work proceeds.Clients must provide the information and approvals needed to advance the project. Changes to the scope or delays in receiving this information may affect the schedule.Designs, renderings, presentations and related documents remain the intellectual property of Attiko Casa until the transfer conditions stated in the project agreement have been met.
Return, exchange and cancellation conditions must be reviewed before purchase.
