Attiko Casa had the privilege of collaborating with the designer Naika Pérez to transform this space into a bright home with simple and precise details and artistic touches that bring life to every room of this luxury apartment.

A large wooden door welcomes us, and the choice of noble and neutral materials guides us to highlight the beautiful view towards Laguna del Condado and El Yunque, shared in the spaces of the formal dining room and main living room.

Inside, the preference for curved lines manifests, creating light, fluid, and serene spaces with furniture chose by our team.

Our clients requested a modern space that provides spaciousness and luminosity in this high-floor apartment and we delivered...

Color accents stand out through key pieces such as the wine-toned dining chair, the blue color of the living room furniture, and the hallway piece in various shades.

Additionally, the designer chose to use shelves as horizontal and decorative elements and to cover the doors with the same material that lines the walls, eliminating interrupted lines in the spaces.

Some rooms were prepared to serve a dual function: as children's rooms and guest rooms.

On the balcony, the view and the vertical garden create a relaxing connection with nature for the interior office space.

Our sensitivity as designers is felt in the rooms, providing a warm and elegant harmony of urban style with a playful cunning, fragmented throughout this residence.
